Born in an illustrious family of famous astrologers in Punjab, Harikesh T inherited the science of astrology from his forefathers. At a tender age of eight, he was greatly influenced by his grand uncle Pandit Dharamchand Jhingan (Sharma), who was the personal astrologer of the erstwhile royal family of the undivided Punjab and a renowned classical singer. No important decision was taken by the King without consulting him in the era.
Harikesh T did his Masters in Sanskrit from Guru Nanak Dev University. After doing a few jobs, in 1987, he recognized his potential as an astrologer and realized that he could help the suffering people. Since then, in his 26 years of astrology career, he has gained deep insight and knowledge of the science and has carved a niche for himself internationally.
Harikesh T has been conferred upon the prestigious German award DIE ELEMENT- RUNDI Deutch ev for his accurate prediction on the Euro appreciation vis-à-vis US Dollar on the 30th April 2002 and in the year 2005. He was felicitated with the distinguished Madhavrao Scindia Award by Bhagoji Foundation at Mahim, Mumbai for his invaluable contribution in the field of astrology.
He has appeared in a number of news & special feature programmes on prominent TV channels in India and abroad. He has also published many articles and predictions in various newspapers, magazines and websites in India and abroad. These include TV shows on Sat1 a TV channel in Germany, Dutch TV, Fox TV and he is one of the few astrologers in the world who has been interviewed by the BBC. In India, he has had exclusive programmer on Star Plus, Star News, ZeeTV Mumbai and Doordarshan, Aaj Tak, IBN, India TV, Etv Marathi channel, TV9 Mumbai. At present, he is regularly featured on an exclusive, show ‘Taron Ki Maya’ on Sahara ( Samay Mumbai ) every day.
Harikesh T is very famous globally for his accurate financial, political and sports astrological predictions. His predictions on cricket, whether they are test matches, T-20, IPL or about the players have been absolutely accurate.
